Its offerings include photoelectric smoke detectors and alarms, electrochemical carbon monoxide alarms and detectors, and an array of audible and visual signaling devices such as bells and speakers. These products are crucial components for fire detection systems installed in a variety of settings, including office buildings, hotels, and other commercial and residential structures. Gentex also actively researches and develops nanofiber chemical sensing products. Fire protection products are sold directly, as well as through sales managers and manufacturer representatives, reaching fire protection and security product distributors, electrical wholesale houses, and OEMs of fire protection systems.
