Furthermore, ATRenew offers its platform as a service to independent merchants, facilitating their sale of products. By December 31, 2021, the company had established a significant presence, managing 1,287 AHS stores and 21 Paipai stores across 214 urban centers. Initially founded in 2011 as AiHuiShou International Co. Ltd., the enterprise adopted its current name, ATRenew Inc., in November 2021. Its principal corporate office is situated in Shanghai, China.
